Cajun's Snack Bar

Ordered whole belly clams, got 1/2 clams and 1/2 fried oysters. Didn't appreciate the substitution. Should have been told before hand and allowed to order something else.

Awesome food. Poutine came with some of the best fries ever. Extremely busy but good service regardless. Kitzchy atmosphere.

Fried Alligator Bites! Not your Average Northeast Kingdom Snack. Great Seafood and at a reasonable price. Food was ready super quick and everything was great! Highly recommended. We Will be Going Back!

First time here and I was definitely pleased. The crawfish po boy was delicious!

Simply some of the best food you can get. Always fresh and delicious. Large menu with things you wouldn't expect like alligator bites, deep fried crawfish and occasionally frog legs just to name a few. Worth the trip.

Happened to come across this place on my way home from delivering a mini horse to Canada. My friend and I had the scallop dinners and they were awesome. We still talk about them to this day.

I asked if they had clam chowder & the counter person said yes we have chowder. I ordered it, it wasn't clam chowder but it was great! It had shrimp& other sea food in it. Did i say it was great! I think if i had any saltine crackers i could of made sea food neuburg.

We go up a couple times in the summer my husband loves the alligator and I like the tenders!

I got the bayou dinner. I would have liked it to have had a cajun spice/heat. To it.

In its isolated little town in northern VT, Cajun's fills a missing gap in food options for the state. My group was three original Southerners and one native Vermonter. All were blown away by the vast and tasty menu options and thrifty prices. What a treat to find affordable good Southern seafood in VT! Make it a day trip with other activities in the area... depending on where you live, it's quite the drive, but worth the experience, the food, and the prices!

We both had the scallop dinner and it was very good! The prices were great and the service people were nice!

We stopped here on a whim and had the best experience with great food, a nice setting, killer milkshakes, friendly service, and again THE FOOD, it was all so good!!! can't wait to come back, and well worth the 2hr trip!!

It's a great place on a rainy day in the middle of nowhere to grab lunch. Otherwise, would not be a destination stop.Very much a local hangout, with a walkup window as well as indoor order and sit area. If it's not raining, there are tables on the back porch away from the road.We had burgers and the onion rings. Burgers are flattop as you'd expect from a roadside snack stand... Bigger than the soft and not memorable roll and with tasty messy toppings. Good enough and hit the spot, but you do end up wearing it!The rest of the mostly elderly lunch crowd (canes and walkers everywhere!) were having the seafood selections... Guess that's what makes this place 'cajun.' They all seemed to like it, so perhaps that's the best bet for eating here.Restrooms are outdoors (not the best option when it's bucketing down!).

A nice snack bar in the middle of beautiful Vermont! Take a drive and choose from a large menu ranging from fried alligator, crawfish, frog legs, corn dogs, to sweet potato fries with a side of coleslaw. Menu is diverse and the prices are not bad for the quantity that you get. They also serve a good variety of ice creams. Outside seating is dog friendly, so don’t forget to bring your pup for a doggie sundae!

Very unexpected spot in the middle of nowhere Vermont. Being from the south, I didn't believe there was any way they could be any good, but they are! Fun and extensive menu, featuring fried gator, crawfish tails on a cheeseburger, and other fun treats. Will be back again!

My favorite place to eat! The best burgers and fried food type stuff. Be prepared for a long wait Friday and Saturday at peak times in the summer!

Fantastic food different kinds of fish great ice cream

I hate to seem to be swimming against the current, but I was very disappointed. Not only did we (four people) have to wait 45 minutes for our food, but the contents of my salad wrap was dry and tasteless.

Their seafood has always been super good. Yesterday I got the Scallop Roll and the scallops were cooked perfectly. The rest of my family really enjoyed their food too. Keep in mind this is a very popular place and you may have a hard time sitting indoors, though there's a lot of outdoor seating too.

Great fried seafood. Scallops were especially tasty. Seafood chowder was also a rare treat.

Extensive menu with some interesting options. My shrimp po'boy was excellent with plenty of moist tasty shrimp. Very generous portions so dont over order. Picnic tables as well as indoor eating.

Yum yum yum!!! Ate so much the bayou sampler is a must!!!!! Don't forget to play in the arcade.

We stopped in the way back from Pick and Shovel. Friendly, busy with elderly locals and decent roadside burgers.

One of my favorite places when I visit Vermont haven't had bad food there ever and the owners are great this place can get incredibly busy but the staff is very good crawfish poboy is still my favorite though.but the Gator is a must try also

The BBQ pork sandwich was delicious but the lobster roll wasn't amazing. Their soft serve ice cream was very good, and it was especially good blended with crushed Butterfinger candy bar pieces.
